What does “Stocks held in a narrow, trading range or accumulated” mean? Empty What does “Stocks held in a narrow, trading range or accumulated” mean?

It means: During two months (after march 26, '29) stocks / bonds were only traded within a tight (selling) range or were held back (by the owners)
